Profound Ups & Downs

Life is a rollercoaster of ups and downs, the wisdom learned tho is profound, who knew grief, would strengthen my belief, that I'll be ok, even on a bad day, and there have been quite a few, I try to follow thru matching what I say and do, but I often make mistakes, get consumed with jealousy envy and hate, cuz I am human, navigating these ruins, making the best out of every moment, like Em says "gotta seize and own it", living is a choice, instead of raising a glass how about ur voice, stop being complicit, ur not innocent, when u know do better, the only way to get thru this existence is together!
